Hi, I'm Kim. I've spent 15+ years managing projects, writing technical docs, designing graphics, building websites and,
more recently, selling and appraising property. Different hats, same goal: getting you where you want to go.

I didn't plan to be five things at once.
It just kept happening. I'd pick up a new skill, someone would need it, and off I went.
I actually care how your project turns out. Sounds basic, I know. But you won't get a shiny proposal from me and then radio silence. You'll get updates, honest answers, and work you can use.
01 · AIG Philippines · 2015–2021
IT first. Then everything else.
I studied IT at TUP, then spent six years as a Technical Analyst at AIG. That's where I learned how big systems really behave. Not in a textbook, but live, under pressure, with real money on the line. It's also where I learned to write things down clearly. When something breaks at 2 a.m., a vague document is worse than none.
02 · Accenture Philippines · 2021–2025
Four years leading at Accenture.
Big projects, lots of stakeholders, and teams spread across time zones. At Accenture I learned there's a difference between finishing a project and delivering it well, on time, with everyone still on the same page. Along the way I picked up certifications from PMI, Lean Six Sigma and Microsoft.
03 · The unexpected addition
Real estate found me.
Then I went back to school for a degree in Real Estate Management and got licensed by the PRC as both a Broker and an Appraiser. Buying or selling a property is often the biggest money decision a person makes. I wanted to bring the same care I gave my IT projects to those clients. It wasn't a detour. It's become one of my favorite parts of the job.
What matters most to you?
I spent 4 years at Accenture bringing big, messy projects in on time and on scope. Lean Six Sigma training means I care about process, not just good intentions.
I've worked with clients all over the world for 15+ years. You'll hear from me before you have to chase me. That's just how I work.
I'm PRC-licensed in both real estate brokerage and appraisal, and I've got certifications from PMI, Microsoft and Accenture. You don't have to take my word for it.
AIG, then Accenture, then my own practice. I didn't just dabble in these fields. Each one has years of real work behind it.
I work for myself, which means you get someone who really knows the work without paying for a whole agency.
