Six years as a Technical Analyst at AIG taught me how complex systems actually work — not in theory, but in production, under pressure, with real stakes. That's where I learned to document clearly: because when things break, unclear docs cost you everything.

Real estate found me.
A second degree in Real Estate Management. A PRC license as both Broker and Appraiser. Because I wanted to serve a different kind of client — one making the biggest financial decision of their life — with the same rigor I'd brought to IT and project work. It wasn't a detour. It was the point.
